Great information security policy and regulation manager grade position with high profile global financial servics organisation. The successful candidate will help develop Information Security Policy globally by setting and maintaining the Information Security related policies and standards in line with the Group Policy Framework. They will also be responsible for producing, reviewing and maintaining appropriate guidance in relation to the policy and standards within the group, and become regarded as an expert in relation to Information Security matters.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for development, implementation and on-going maintenance of Information Security policy, standards and guidelines.
• Provide expert guidance to Information Security Specialists in relation to Information Security Policy.
• Manage change in the development and implementation of Information Security priorities, systems and investments.
• Communicate any impact of changes in Information Security Policy to awareness campaigns, HR policies /processes and other Group policies.
• Write and quality assure technical standards to support policy.

Experience required:

• Influencing at senior organisational levels.
• Working with a broad range of business units across the Group or other Global organisations.
• Proven experience in driving Information Security change.
• Ideally experience of leading large scale Information Security programmes.
• Extensive commercial experience within a Security and Risk.
• Good understanding of ISO 27001/2 & ISF and other Information Security best practice approaches.
